Initial Consultation and Acupuncture Treatment: £65

Initial consultations usually last from 1 hour to 90 minutes in which a full medical history is taken. Patients are invited to disclose only what they are comfortable with. All patient information remains strictly confidential.

Body and pulse diagnosis then formulate a treatment plan tailored specifically to the patient. Acupuncture treatment will usually consist of the insertion of 5 to 10 fine, single use sterile needles into specific acupuncture points. Needles are left in place for 20 minutes allowing for the patient to relax during this time. The use of heat using moxibustion or cupping may also be applied during a treatment.

Follow up Acupuncture Treatments: £60

Follow up treatments usually last from 45 minutes to 1 hour and involve a consultation to see where the patient is at present with their condition and a discussion of any developments from the previous treatment. Individualised acupuncture treatments are based on body, tongue and pulse diagnosis. Needles are retained for 20 minutes allowing for the benefits of the treatment to take place whilst offering time for the patient to relax.

The number of treatments required depends on the condition. This can be discussed in the initial consultation and subsequent follow up treatments dependable on the feedback from each treatment. Patients are advised to wear loose fitting clothing.

Facial Enhancement Acupuncture: £90 (1 hour 30 mins)

An initial Facial Enhancement Acupuncture treatment will begin with taking a full medical history plus a discussion of any areas where the patient may want to focus treatment. After cleansing the skin, fine needles will be inserted into facial acupuncture points together with the insertion of tiny intradermal needles directly into areas where there may be fine lines or wrinkles. The needles are then left in place for approximately 20 minutes allowing the patient to relax. Once the needles are removed, hyaluronic serum is applied, followed by a moisturiser using a jade roller to optimize the benefits of the treatment. The patient will leave the treatment feeling relaxed with revitalised glowing skin.

(For best results a course of 10 regular treatments is recommended although one-off or less regular treatments still achieve results and leave the skin feeling renewed).
